4 pcs. chicken or beef patties, fried
2 pks. McCormick Chicken Gravy
1 cup hot water
1 pc. medium onion, sliced thinly
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1. Pour 2 packs of McCormick Chicken Gravy in 1 cup of hot water.
2. In a saucepan, saute sliced onion until brown.
3. Pour the gravy into the sauce pan with the onions.
4. Add the burger patties. Let it stay for 1 minute.
5. Serve hot with plain steamed rice.
1. Pakuluan mo ang 8 pirasong hita at samahan mo ng 2 hiniwang maliliit na sibuyas, 2 tinadtad na bawang, at durog na paminta at asin. Dapat marami nitong mga spices para manoot ito sa manok. Kung meron kang Rosemary herb, samahan mo na rin pero pwedeng wala.
2. Kapag malambot na ang manok, ihango mo sila at ilagay sa freezer ng 2 oras.
3. Paglipas ng 2 oras, magpainit ka ng mantika para mag “deep fry”.
4. Kapag medyo kumukulo na ang mantika, ilagay mo na ang mga hita at hintaying maging brown at crispy ang balat.
5. Samahan mo ng kanin at Jufran banana ketchup.
